The demands of modern day society means that many of us live caught up in a sense of urgency of everything we have to do. If we are not careful this can often lead to states of chronic tension, anxiety, and perpetual distraction.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is one of the most studied evidence-based mindfulness programs in the world. Originally developed as an 8-week program by John Kabatt-Zinn and UMass Medical Center.  MBSR students have found MBSR beneficial at: reducing chronic pain, lowering blood pressure, increasing resilience, and boosting peace of mind.

I currently offer 1:1 individual mindfulness sessions via Zoom. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept PayPal and Venmo. Please inquire about sliding scales for cases of need.
