Roberta Dombrowski is an evidence-based mindfulness facilitator based in Weymouth, MA.
Growing up in Buffalo, NY Roberta encountered considerable loss and trauma. With the help of her teachers, she began integrating different healing modalities (mindfulness, reiki, ayurveda) into her daily life. Mindfulness has transformed her relationship with herself and every aspect of her life.
Roberta’s vocation has grown out of the lessons she’s learned along the way. She is committed to supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, health conditions, and locations who wish to benefit from reiki and mindfulness practice.
As a full-time educational researcher and designer, Roberta incorporates experiential techniques to deepen the learning experiences that she provides.
As a mindfulness teacher, Roberta continues to develop her own practice in addition to facilitating sessions for others. Coursework she has completed over the years include:
- Level II Reiki Practitioner: Certified Level I and Level II of the Usui Reiki lineage through Elise Brenner.
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher: Currently completing MBSR Level 1 Teacher training through the Center of Mindfulness at Brown University
- Embodied Mindfulness in Teaching training through Naropa University
